Marketing Social Media Assistant/Marketer

We are looking for an experienced full time social media assistant/marketer to join our Bucharest team.

We are specialists for intimate digital dating and entertainment solutions and work with models and online influencers to assist them with managing social media profiles, posting content, engaging with followers and building strong digital brand relationships.

In this role your daily tasks will include taking charge of our partners social media profiles, post content to their accounts and interact with fans and followers. You will be mostly working on big social networks and on established profiles with large followings primarily in the categories modeling and entertainment.

Your role will be in a team of enthusiastic colleagues with solid and ample training and guidance. Our company operates in a hybrid model that gives you flexibility to work in our modern facilities, at home or anywhere else at a flexible schedule.

What you do

• Manage social media profiles (Twitter, Reddit, …)
• Craft and publish posts on social media accounts
• Track, analyze and report engagement and relevant metrics
• Contribute to optimization of social media marketing strategy
• Explore and try new social media platforms and workflows

What you are good at

• Great written and spoken English skills
• Familiar with social media platforms and marketing in general
• Good computer skills
• Any formal education or training in marketing, communications, project management or similar is appreciated, but not required
